Due to a collective of issues both personal and business related we have been behind with our shipping. Start of December we moved house and then Etsy told us it permanently deleted our store due to fanart which left us with money frozen in our account we couldn't withdraw and also were unable to post the items using their system which caused us to loose a large amount of money and we had to ship packages with our very limited funds as we had just paid alot to move house and were struggling financially.
Etsy did us dirty and also made our shop vanish which looked like we had taken money and run. We are very heartbroken about the loss of out Etsy as we were proud and passionate about our business, products and customer service.
Now out of pocket and sending as many packages as we could we mailed them out on December 10th but many customers messaged they hadn't gotten their items. There has been extra traffic due to the seasonal issues and on top of that we have covid delays.
Everything we send is shipped with a return address but we have not had the chance to go back to our old house.
Sadly refunds can't be issued for loss of items untill Jan first when we get paid from one of our full time jobs. The UK has now become a hotspot for the virus and can no longer post outside the UK.
We are working our hardest to fix these issues, chase up orders and try fix lapses in contact. We hope you will continue to support our small business when we manage to make it bloom into it's own store in 2021. Please accept our most heart felt apologies. This all came at an awful time and this year has been bad for everyone.
